| PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES WITH HERSHEY KISSES | |
 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together first 5 ingredients; then add remaining flour and mix until you form a sticky dough. Roll into small balls and place onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until just golden brown. Place Hershey kiss (with wrapping removed) in center of each cookie, while they are still hot. Makes approximately 48 cookies. | |

OMG... Yummy!!! I always made the recipe with the Crisco and I happen to find this recipe and decided to try them. They are simply delicious!! Much softer and I prefer a softer cookie! I rolled the balled in red and green sugar for that Christmas look!!
