These were a hit at my house! Made them yesterday and now there is 5 left. Sad to say they won't make it to Christmas.

Came out perfectly delicious. But not 48 cookies. We ended up with 36 one inch delights

 Rena (Wisconsin) says:
Absolutely amazing. I don't even like these kind of cookies but this recipe was delicious. They were chewy and had just the right amount of peanut butter taste. Before adding the flour, mix it seperately with all of the other dry ingredients first; this may be why some of you had trouble with them going flat.

Just a tip if you want an cookie to not flatten as much get them cold before baking. They tend to keep their shape better.

Tuck an unwrapped DOVE chocolate Promise inside the cookie ball..roll in sugar.. place on cookie sheet, then refrigerate for an hour or two. They hold their shape incredibly. The sugar gives them a little extra sweetness.. and imagine the surprise when they bite into this simple, delicious cookie..and find oooey gooey chocolate inside. They are DELISH!!! :-)

 Gayle (Utah) says:
They turn out better if you put the candy kiss on top before baking! That way the cookie doesn't crack.

I had had 5 back surgeries and this Christmas my kids are coming home for the holidays. I really need to start baking right away because it will take me a long time. Will the blossom cookies and the peanut butter cups brownies still be good for this weekend if I start today?

if they came out flat. you might need new baking powder or baking soda.. make sure they're not out-dated

 Heather (Washington) says:
I agree with some other comments, do NOT flatten the cookies! Mine look like little pancakes. Fortunately my 3 and 5 year old kids don't care!

 Colleen (Oregon) says:
I made these with a gluten free flour mix, and added xanthum gum as my binder. They turned out really good, my daughter and husband loved them and thought they tasted just as good as the gluten versions we used to be able to eat.

Love these cookies. My mama made them when I was little and they are still so very special. Roll the balls in sugar before baking to make them even more special. Turned out perfect. My mother-in-law always says PB cookies are the easiest recipe to remember, she uses 1 c. of pb, sugar, brown sugar and 2 c. flour (a double batch).

I made these for my hubby for Valentine's Day but I used Dove chocolate hearts instead of Hershey kisses and he LOVED them. They were a big hit, so easy and delicious.
