Peanut Butter Hershey Kisses
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients except kisses. Roll into balls. Then roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven. Put hershey kiss in center of each cookie. Bake an additional 3 minutes.
