CRISPY GARLIC PITA TOASTS | |
2 to 3 pita bread rounds 1 to 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, smashed Kosher salt fresh ground black pepper paprika Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut pita breads into quarters. Brush pita wedges with olive oil, then rub them vigorously with the smashed garlic cloves. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika for color. Place wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the bread is nice and crispy. Serve with hummus, Tzatziki, Feta cheese dip, or marinara sauce for dipping! Submitted by: Carol |
