CREAMED STRING BEAN SOUP 
1 lb. fresh green beans
Salt to taste
3 to 4 tbsp. flour
2 or 3 c. milk
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. vinegar
2 qts. water

Cook beans in salted water. Mix flour, milk and sour cream and add to beans when tender. Add the vinegar. Let soup come to boil.
