CREAM STRING BEAN SOUP 
1 lb. fresh string beans or 1 can string beans
Salt to taste
3 to 4 tbsp. flour
2 or 3 c. milk
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 qts. water

Cook beans in salted water. Mix flour with small amount of water until smooth. Add sour cream and milk; mix well. When beans are cooked, pour cream mixture over beans; add vinegar. Let soup come to a boil. Serve hot.
