BARBECUED CHINESE STYLE
SPARERIBS
 
2 lbs. Chinese style pork spareribs

MARINADE:

2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
3 to 5 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. chicken broth
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Trim all excess fat from ribs. Mix together all marinade ingredients together. Place ribs in a large container and pour marinade mixture over ribs. Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours, turning each hour. Roast for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Basting occasionally with any leftover marinade.
