PRAIRIE POTATO WEDGES 
8 lg. unpeeled baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 8 wedges each lengthwise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt or to taste
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in large baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture. Makes 8 servings.
