AMANDA'S HERBED POTATO WEDGES | |
When I make potato wedges I usually end up making 5 cookie sheets full and that's for 6 people, 2 of them are teenage boys and 1 is my father! They are a great snack for after school or as a side dish with just about anything! as many potatoes as you wish oregano seasoning dill seasoning salt and pepper paprika olive or canola oil cookie sheets foil or non-stick spray (Pam) Note: You can use any spices you wish too. I usually just use whatever I can grab. Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer cookie sheets with foil or use non-stick spray to help the wedges from sticking to your pan (makes it easier to clean up afterwards). Wash potatoes. then quarter potatoes so they are cute little wedges. Place wedges on cookie sheets. Pour oil over the potato wedges (this will help them brown in the oven). Sprinkle seasonings and/or spices over top. Place cookie sheets in preheated oven and let them bake for about 20 minutes - it may take longer or shorter depending on your stove. Don't forget to turn them so that both sides get cooked evenly. Enjoy! Submitted by: Amanda Emon |
