BROASTED POTATO WEDGES 
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix oil and spices well. Use 8 unpeeled baking potatoes, washed and cut into wedges. Roll in oil mixture and put in shallow baking pan, 13 x 11 inches. LAY IN SINGLES LAYER. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. I peel my potatoes.

When I was younger, I loved the broasted potato wedges at the local bowling alley... they were awesome! Can I ask what you mean by "pressure fried"?
