GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. (9 oz.) green beans
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. Kellogg's Special K
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 c. longhorn cheddar cheese

Prepare green beans according to package directions, omitting salt. Remove from heat. Set aside.

Combine 1 tablespoon of the butter with the Special K cereal and paprika. Set aside for topping. Stir together remaining butter, the flour, salt, pepper and onion in large saucepan. Place over low heat. Add sour cream and milk gradually. Stir until smooth.

Increase heat to medium and cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in green beans and cheese. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle cereal mixture evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
