GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. onion 1/2 c. sour cream 2 cans green beans 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese 1/3 c. cornflake crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter In a small pan melt 1 tablespoon butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper; cook until bubbly. Blend in milk. Remove from heat, stir in onion and sour cream. Combine with green beans. Top with flakes and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
