SOUTHERN CORN FRITTERS | |
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream style corn 2 1/2 c. Bisquick 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. corn meal 1 tbsp. melted butter Mix dry ingredients and add to melted butter and corn. Beat well and drop by spoonfuls in deep fat. When brown, serve with syrup and butter. |
