CHEESE AND CORN FRITTER 
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. thickened cream
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. corn kernels
2 tbsp. chopped chives
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. oil for shallow frying

Mix flour, eggs, cream and milk. Whisk until smooth, then add corn, chives, and cheese. Mix well. Heat oil, drop tablespoon of mixture. Flip and cook until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towel.
