DILL BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans whole green beans
1 1/2 tsp. dill seed
6 tbsp. butter, melted
6 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. bean juice
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. Accent (MSG)
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Buttered croutons

Simmer beans and dill seed for 45 minutes. Let stand for at least 4 hours. Make white sauce, using the remaining ingredients (except croutons). In a separate skillet, melt approximately 1/4 cup butter, add 4 slices of bread (cubed). Stir until bread soaks up butter and cubes become "toasted". Place beans in casserole dish, pour sauce over beans. Garnish with buttered croutons. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
