CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken (boiled until done), keep juice
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 stalk celery
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. spaghetti (boiled in chicken broth)

Boil chicken, salt, onion, garlic and celery. Heat Rotel, cheese soup, and chicken soup. Boil spaghetti in broth, drain cooker, then mix all ingredients. Top with shredded cheese.

I had a very easy prep time for this dish. I thought it came out great and will serve this dish again. I had some chicken breasts with italian dressing in marinade. I boiled them then cut them into pieces (shredded with fork). Everyone said dish was far better than they were expecting. This could be one of my go to dishes whrn I am rushed to prepare dinner in a hurry
