SPAGHETTI/CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2-3 chicken breasts cooked and chopped 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 1 green pepper chopped 1 c. sliced mushrooms 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 16 oz. pkg. spaghetti 2 cans chicken broth 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese Mix cooked chicken, tomatoes green pepper, mushrooms and onion in skillet; simmer approximately one hour. Put chicken broth and 2 cans water into pot and cook spaghetti following package directions. Combine the tomato/chicken sauce with the drained spaghetti. Add cheddar cheese and mix. Pour into baking dish and heat through. |
