GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans
1 can tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/4 lb. cheese, cubed (American or Cheddar)
1/4 c. milk with 2 tbsp. flour
Bread crumbs or cukes for topping

Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add tomatoes and cheese. Simmer until cheese melts, then add milk and flour mixed. Cook until thick. Pour over green beans in a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 6 or more.
