GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (#2) French style green beans
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 pt. sour cream
Crumbled potato chips (may use bread crumbs) for topping (1 c. or more)

Drain cooked beans and add mushroom soup. Season to taste. Add onion soup mix and sour cream. Cover with crushed chips or crumbs and dot with butter. Shredded cheese may be added too, if you like. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned. Serves approximately 6.
