TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. taco sauce
2-4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. broken tortilla chips
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops
1 tomato, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Cook and stir beef in skillet until brown. Drain. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Heat to boiling.

Place chips in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Top with beef mixture, then spread sour cream, sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and cheese. Cook uncovered 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Arrange additional chips around edge of casserole.
