PARTY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lg. onion
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. potato chips, crushed for topping before baked

Butter a casserole dish. Mix all the ingredients together. In a 3-quart casserole dish, bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Spread with crushed potato chips on top before you bake it. Serve hot. Quick, easy and good. You can double this recipe.
