GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans
1/4 c. diced onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 lb. chunked Velveeta
Topping:
2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Bring beans to a boil; drain well. Put in microwave safe casserole dish. Add the diced onions. Pour cream of celery soup on this. Put in cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Melt butter and mix in crackers and put on top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
