I made this for dinner tonight, using quick-frozen chicken breasts from Costco. It was wonderful! So moist and tasty, and could be cut with a fork. It already has a place among our favorites.

I made for my family (1st time) last night. VERY easy to make and delicious...but why was mine so soupy? I DO follow a new recipe when I make it for the 1st time. If I make it again, I will then experiment-so why did it turn out to be BBQ chicken soup? This little set back will not stop me from trying new recipes in the future.

 Southern Cook (Alabama) replies:
Modern chicken is injected with liquid to bulk it up. When cooked, the liquid is released and that's what made the sauce so soupy. I've had the same problem with a lot of recipes like this and with Crock Pot recipes for that very reason.

I loved it babysitting a 1 and 2 year old and they loved it ate all of it up. Going to make it for dinner for my brother and his girlfriend. Thank you.
