GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans French green beans, drained
6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream
2 c. prepared corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter and saute onion, add flour and gradually stir in milk; cook stirring until thickened. Add sour cream. To buttered casserole dish, add in the following order: green beans, grated cheeses, sauce (sour cream mixture), cornflakes.

Season to taste. Bake 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Serves 12 to 15 and can be made day before and refrigerated until time to bake.
