GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. diced processed cheese
3 c. green beans (fresh, frozen or canned)
Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Slivered almonds

Melt butter, add flour, salt and mustard. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Add milk slowly and cook until thick and smooth. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add beans cooked in salted water until just under done. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If desired add almonds.
