EASY RHUBARB PIE 
My mother has baked this pie every spring when fresh rhubarb is in season.

4 c. raw rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 prepared pie crusts

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pile into 9-inch pastry lined pie pan. Cover with top crust and bake at 400°F for 60 minutes.
