GRAPE-NUTS CUSTARD PUDDING 
3 lg. eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
Nutmeg for garnish

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla; gradually stir in milk. Add Grape-Nuts, pour into baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Place baking dish in a 9x13 inch pan to within 1/2 inch of top of baking dish. Bake about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Remove baking dish from pan of water. Serve warm or cold.
