MOTHER'S GRAPE-NUTS PUDDING 
2 c. milk
2 or 3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Grape-Nuts (scant)
1/4 c. sugar (scant)

In baking dish, sprinkle Grape-Nuts into milk. Let stand while beating eggs well. Add sugar and vanilla to eggs. Mix well. Combine egg mixture with milk and stir together.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Pudding should be firm. Good with Cool Whip.
