GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. Grape Nuts
1 qt. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cold coffee

Scald 1/2 of the milk, put the Grape Nuts into a buttered casserole dish. Pour the scalded milk over them and let stand a few minutes. Beat the eggs add sugar, salt, vanilla, coffee and the rest of the milk. Pour over the Grape Nuts and milk. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
