GRAPE-NUT PUDDING 
2 1/2 c. cold water
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 c. brown sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. grape-nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Place in saucepan the water, tapioca, brown sugar, salt and raisins. Cook until transparent (about 10 minutes). Take from stove and add grape-nuts, walnuts and vanilla. Pour into 4 individual dessert dishes to cool. Serve with whipped cream or Kool Whip.
