GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar (scant)
1/2 c. Grape Nuts (scant)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased casserole. Bake casserole by placing in a pan of water at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
