VEGI - CHILI 
1/2 lb. onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 stalk celery
1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
1/4 head, red cabbage, chopped
4 carrots, sliced
4 zucchini, sliced
1 stalk broccoli, chopped
1/2 head cauliflower
2 1/2 c. corn
4 c. kidney beans
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 tsp. salt & pepper each
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 c. tomato paste
1/2 c. butter

Saute veggies in butter until tender in large pot. Add corn, salt, pepper and Worcestershire. Simmer 5 minutes. Add kidneys and tomato sauce. Simmer 30-45 minutes. Makes 10 servings. Sprinkle Swiss and provolone cheese prior to serving on each bowl.
