16 oz. cream cheese 2/3 c. mayonnaise 2 lg. pkg. crescent dinner rolls 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Original salad dressing mix Press dough onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until brown, approximately 10-15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and ranch mix together and spread over cooked and cooled dough. Spread veggies on top: chopped carrots, celery, onion, broccoli, cauliflower and whatever else you want. (Guesstimate amount of veggies to chop: i.e., 2-3 carrots, grated; 2-3 stalks celery; small onion; small bunch broccoli, etc.) Refrigerate several hours or overnight, then cut into bars. |
