BASIC MEATLOAF (MICROWAVE) 
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. catsup, steak, barbecue or chili sauce (optional)

Mix eggs, ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and pepper together thoroughly. Spread catsup, steak, barbecue or chili sauce over top, if desired. Spread mixture evenly in dish. Top with sauce. For fewer moist spots and browner surface, leave uncovered. Microwave, on High power, rotating dish after half the cooking time (round 12 - 18 minutes, ring - shaped 8 - 13 minutes, loaf 13 - 18 minutes, 6 individual 10 - 13 minutes). Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. It will complete cooking and become firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
