VEGIE BAKE 
1 env. sour cream mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Parisian style vegetables
1 pkg. white sauce mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. hash browns (thawed)
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions

Prepare sour cream sauce. Cook vegetables in large saucepan according to instructions. Don't drain. Stir in white sauce mix and salt. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream mix and hash browns. Turn into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Circle edge with onions and bake 5 minutes more. Makes 10 servings. Great with roast!
