DIETER'S CLAM DIP 
7 oz. minced clams, drained
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. clam liquid
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. low cal Italian dressing

Place all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Chill and serve. Carrot sticks, green pepper sticks and celery sticks are good for this dip. Other vegetables can be used: cauliflower, red peppers, zucchini sticks, mushrooms, scallions and broccoli, etc.
