HOT MUSHROOM CLAM DIP | |
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. soy sauce Juice of 1/2 lemon 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) can clams, chopped and drained 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped 1 lb. mushrooms, chopped or 1 (8 oz.) can chopped mushrooms If fresh mushrooms are used, wash and chop. Mix all ingredients. Warm over very low heat until cheese melts. Serve with chips or crackers. It freezes well. Serves many. |
