CLAM DIP 
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. (1 stick) melted butter
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can minced clams with juice (tuna fish size can)

Combine all ingredients and spread in a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whole Ritz crackers.
