SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
4 center cut loin chops
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. tomato juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. pepper

In large skillet brown chops on both sides in oil. Transfer to baking dish in which they lay flat. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of fat in skillet and add onions and garlic. Sprinkle cornstarch over onions and stir in rest of ingredients, mixing well. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
