SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS | |
6 pork chops 1 sm. can pineapple chunks 1 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tsp. mustard powder 2 tbsp. lemon juice Salt and black pepper (to taste) 1. In a medium pan, melt sugar with lemon juice. 2. Mix together mustard, mustard powder, salt and pepper. 3. Add small can pineapple with juice and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame. 4. Cover the pork chops with this mix and marinate for 1 hour. 5. After an hour, bake in oven at 350 degrees. Baste from time to time with sauce. Bake for 1 hour. |
