SWEET 'N' SOUR PORK CHOPS 
4 rib pork chops
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks & juice
1/3 c. Heinz ketchup
4 stalks celery (about 1/2 c.)
Salt & pepper

VARIATIONS:

Crushed pineapple & its juice
Heinz 57 Sauce
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips

In large frying pan, brown pork chops in vegetable oil or shortening; drain excess fat. Sprinkle chops lightly with salt and pepper; arrange in pan. Combine pineapple chunks and juice with ketchup; pour over chops. Cover, simmer 45 minutes or until chops are tender. Dice celery and sprinkle on top of sauce; cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until celery is tender. Makes 4 servings.
