QUICK YEAST ROLLS 
5 3/4 c. flour
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. soft butter
2 1/4 c. very hot tap water

Combine 2 3/4 cup flour, dry yeast, sugar, butter, salt and tap water. Mix all ingredients together on medium 2 1/2 minutes. Add 1 cup flour. Mix on Hi for 1 minute. Work in remaining flour with wooden spoon. Turn into floured board. Knead 5 to 10 minutes, let rest 20 minutes. Punch down. Shape into rolls. Brush with melted butter. Cover with cloth. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator 10 minutes before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
