QUICK YEAST ROLLS | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 2 c. warm water 1 1/2 sticks butter 1/4 c. sugar 1 egg 4 c. self-rising flour Mix yeast and water. Melt butter and add to yeast mixture. Stir in sugar and beaten egg. Add flour and stir until mixed. Drop into muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Do NOT let rise before baking. Rolls will keep unbaked in refrigerator 2 to 3 days (makes about 3 dozen). |
