QUICK & EASY YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
4 c. self-rising flour

Put yeast in warm water; set aside. Mix slightly beaten egg with sugar and oil. Add yeast and water, then gradually add flour. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 400 degrees until brown, about 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
