NANA'S CURRY DIP FOR VEGGIES 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 hard boiled egg, cut up fine
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic
2 tbsp. minced onion, optional
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. curry powder

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Serve with fresh, raw, sliced vegetables.
