HONEY CURRY DIP FOR CRUDITES 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. curry powder
Assorted sliced raw vegetables

1. Combine all the dip ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate at least one hour.

2. Serve with raw vegetables as an hors d'oeuvre.
