LOW CAL YOGURT CURRY DIP 
2 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. curry powder

Blend all ingredients together. Chill for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with raw vegetables.
