CURRY DIP FOR VEGETABLES 
1 pt. mayonnaise
2 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until the dip turns a bright yellow. Mix well again and serve with fresh vegetables.
