This recipe was super easy and pretty good. I originally made it exactly as written, but we thought it tasted a bit mayonnaise-y. We addedd a little more worcestershire to make it taste more like a real caesar dressing, then addedd more garlic and lemon juice because we like them. Overall, quick and easy and needs relatively little adjustment. We'll make it again.

Super basis for a killer Caesar! I added one extra garlic clove and four anchovy filets. Mixed it all in the food processor and viola......my family LOVED it!

Great recipe...thanks! To lower the calorie content I used Canola oil Mayo & fat free half & half. As my friend Rachel Ray would say "YUMMMMMO!"

I used half mayo and half sour cream and I am not fond of mayo. Thanks for the recipe. I just love it. So fast and so good. Thanks. Linda, Ontario.

Didn't know I could make a tasty Caesar dressing with what I had at home, ie no anchovies. Use 3/4 cup mayo (Best Foods, not light!) and a little more milk. It was perfect and the easiest thing ever. Thanks so much.

In case I have no available parmesan cheese, can I use a little of cheddar cheese?

Have been making my own Caesar for years. This recipe is good, although I cut back on the mayo. Here is a tip you all may like. Before adding the dressing to the Romaine, in a large bowl combine the croutons with the dressing to soak them slightly and then toss the mix with the Hearts of Romaine. Top it all off with fresh Parmesan and a few slices of anchovy -- nothing better.

It is my type of recipe. Easy to make, very delicious and all the ingredients are available in my pantry. It also doesn't require anchovies which I don't want to buy just for the recipe.
