Great recipe!! Didn't have Worcestershire sauce so used spicy A1 and added an extra tbsp. of lemon. I like a zing though! New family favorite we'll use nightly.

 Jacque Dawson (New Mexico) says:
I put the parmesan in the salad separately and also add a squeeze of anchovy paste. Also a little more 1/2 & 1/2 so it isn't so thick.

Love this dressing, my go to for Caesar salad, make mine with lettuce, chicken and pasta. This dressing goes great.

Thank you. I don't have Worcestershire sauce, so I made a few adjustments. I added a tablespoon each of red wine vinegar and olive oil (and omitted the milk and lemon juice). I used a pea sized amount of lemon flavored mayo.
Since I was making it for one, I used less grated cheese, but I grated it myself (always do). I'm looking forward to trying it with the Worcestershire.
For the cheese, I grated it small in the dressing mix, then added larger grated (Parmesan and Romano) after tossing it all.

Easy as pie. Added 1/8 tsp dry mustard, substituted 1/2 tbsp sour cream for milk (ran out), and added a small amount of water for consistency. Going in my recipe file for sure!

Great basic recipe. I see where some folks added anchovy's. Rather than open a tin of anchovies when needed I always have a bottle of Red Boat Fish Sauce handy. This is a great fish sauce and can be found in most Asian markets. I add a little bit to many things that I cook for added flavor.

Great idea, Henry! I love Red Boat Fish sauce. What a great substitute for anchovy paste! Thanks for sharing!

Easy and great. I used home made mayonnaise to which I'd added some capers.

It came out a little thick so I thinned it with white wine vinegar.

This as a base recipe is excellent. I've made it many times following the recipe directions. Today I followed a few reviewer tips by adding 1/2 tsp. dried mustard, 2 good squirts anchovy paste and a splash white wine vinegar. It completely made this dressing 100% better, I'll be using these additions every time going forward.

 Rob (Washington) says:
Don't know why anyone would use a different recipe!
I like mine a little thinner so I add a couple teaspoons of white wine vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon Red Boat fish sauce for the hint of anchovy.
Next time I'll try a little olive oil just for fun.
